REBOUND NETBALL 

(5 players per team—No wings) Rebound netball is played exclusively indoors, the surrounding nets prevents the ball from leaving the court, reducing the number of playing stoppages. This gives rebound netball a faster pace than netball. Indoor Fast 5’s netball is a great way to maintain your skills and fitness.
