INDOOR CRICKET
Indoor cricket is a fast and exciting game. Played on a synthetic surface incorporating a full-length pitch, fully enclosed by netting, which allows for high scoring excitement with no delays. As in traditional cricket, the basic skills of running, hitting, fielding & throwing are the backbone of the game.

Junior Indoor Cricket Winter Season
Colac Indoor Sports junior cricket programs run from May to mid September and consist of the following programs for 2018
• ALL ROUNDERS – (Preps to Grade 1) – Wednesdays at 4pm
A fun non competition program working with a focus on skill development and participation in a fun and engaging program.
• INDOOR CRICKET COMPETITION (Grades 1-6)
Our junior indoor cricket competition is predominately for children grades 2-5 however the competition is also open to Grade 1 players who are ready for competition or beginner grades 5-6 players. Competitions usually include 2 divisions and are held on Mondays after school with some matches held on Wednesdays after school if required.
Players can register individually or you can also register part teams or a full team.
• BIG BASH LEAGUE – NEW (Grades 5-8)
We are excited to launch our new BIG BASH LEAGUE for season 2018. Played over a 35m x 60m field our new Big Bash League is a combination of indoor and outdoor cricket.
Our trial match is March was a big hit with players and the competition is for intermediate to advanced players (must be able to bowl full length pitch).
Teams are 7 players per team and participants can register as groups of 3 or 4 or individually and teams will be placed together.
Matches will be played on Mondays after school at 3.40pm, 4.35pm and 5.30pm
Grade 4 players will only be able to register subject to player ability and availability.
